  6.  copyrighted products of Pine Grove Software and are protected by United
  7.  States copyright law and also by international treaty provisions.

  9.  All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Pine Grove
  10.  Software.  The use or distribution of these products is expressly
  11.  prohibited, except as authorized by the terms of this agreement.

  13.  You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  14.  disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
  15.  program except as provided in this agreement.

  17.  The version known as 2.0 of Loan*Calculator! Plus for Windows can be
  18.  freely copied and distributed. A vendor or distributor of this software
  19.  may charge up to $5.00 to compensate for their cost of duplication and
  20.  distribution. This software may be included for distribution on a CD
  21.  ROM if the end user is not charged more than $24.95 for the CD ROM on
  22.  which it is include.

  24.  There is no charge to end users for private, noncommercial use of this
  25.  program. If Loan*Calculator! Plus is used in conducting a business
  26.  activity, then there is a modest license fee payable per user. (See the
  27.  program's help topic "Ordering" for details.) When the license fee is
  28.  paid, an enhanced version of the program will be provided.

  30.  The attached VENDINFO data record is hereby incorporated by reference.
  31.  Any distribution satisfying all the distribution requirements expressed
  32.  in that data record is hereby authorized.
